[compiz] decoration flashing with current upstream

Hello Compiz Community!
    I can confirm this problem. Unchecking 
unrerdirect_fullscreen_windows seems to fix it.
Sorry I can't tell you anything technical about it, I am but a mere user 
of Compiz :)
