I think that we don't want to clutter bindings for the same action over
various places ... IMO, core is a good place for a raise/lower
keybinding.

Before we add this, though, I'd like to gather feedback about all the
other requests which came up in a forum thread I started:

Should we just go ahead and add each binding type some person is
missing? If no, what should be our policy to add them?

To me, raise/lower key and close button actions make a lot of sense. I'm
not so sure about main menu and close edges, though. For the "run
command" bindings, would it perhaps make sense to split out the command
handling to a separate plugin so that core isn't cluttered with around
50 run command options (12x command + key + button + edge)?
