[CREATE] spec 0.0.5 and stuff

Hi,

I've just updated the spec on shared resources.

Most important changes are: 

- added sK1 to the list of considered applications
- added information about Sketch and sK1.

sK1 (http://sk1.sourceforge.net) is a soon-to be-released vector
graphics editor (silk-screen printing and risography oriented
_initially_). Its developers have decent experience in both design and
programming and they are ready to work with us. In particular, they
are ready to create public domain fonts, especially "clipart" fonts
like Windings.
