[CREATE] Update for Karbon gradients in the spec

Hello,

A few updates for Karbon.

The spec mentions this:

Uses its own kgr files and looks for them in
$INSTALL_PATH/share/apps/karbon/gradients/, also uses openclipart svg
gradients

Karbon can also read Gimp gradients.


Note that reading svg and gimp gradient files is only available in the
current svn trunk (= cvs head) version, and will be available from
KOffice 1.5
I still need to implement saving.

And it also looks in ~/.kde/share/apps/karbon/gradients for files.


I think the following line in the spec can be updated too:
Following applications (in strict alphabetical order) are taken into
consideration while writing this specification (as of current
version):

Karbon14 (1.4.1)

to

Karbon14 (1.4.1 + SVN)



Also, Karbon doesn't read color palette files yet.
