It's more the other way around ;p The draft was made after the propositions 
were debated on the list.

That said, there is room for improvements on the draft, there are two major 
open issues (I think, or is anyone thinking of something else ?) :
 [1] spot colors
 [2] metadata

For [1] I don't know how to solve it. As for [2], I would like a more general 
discution about it, and have an uniform solution for all create spec (color 
swatch, gradient swatch, ... and OpenRaster), if I find time to launch such a 
discution this week, I will try to do it.
