[CREATE] LGM website && registration

buonasera,

i've promised a registration form before saturday.


most part of it are ready, but i still miss some specification for the 
fields which are needed. i've been told that there should be some 
enhancements to the form for 2008:

- irc nick

- listing of people having already registred (optional for the person 
registering)


are there other things you would like to ask to the people registering?
