[CREATE] LGM 2009 Fundraising Campaign Launch

Dave, when you and I talked about last year's pledgie campaign at the LF
meeting in Austin, Robin Miller mentioned media sponsorships with the
SourceForge sites -- but I don't remember what actually came of that.

I ask because I talked with Ross Turk at SCALE last weekend, and he said he
would be more than happy to be the go-to guy to handle an ad series.  Those
sites would reach a lot of eyes.
