[CREATE] LGM 2010: sponsoring

I contacted the Python Software Foundation informally as I hope they
might be interested in sponsoring. If I get a positive answer, it
would be nice if a more formal request could be made. I'll be at Pycon
in Atlanta next week, so I will be able to talk directly to them about
it as well.
