It seems the price is a special 50% discount on certain flights of Aeroflot
or Vietnam Airlines. Regular value for the same companies is 50k RUR i.e.
more then 1500 USD.

There is no guarantee that discounts will be available in May 2011. And not
all participators can waiting for discount flight spending 5-10 days
before/after the conference.
