Isn't it better to focus on quality rather than quantity? I.e rather 
than asking everyone to upload the OpenRaster files they have, it seems 
more important to make sure there is a set of files covering all 
distinct OpenRaster features.

Is there some particular type of OpenRaster files you are missing?
