[CREATE] OpenRaster logo.

I noticed that there is no OpenRaster group into Indenti.ca, so I just
created it: http://identi.ca/group/openraster

<http://identi.ca/group/openraster>Then I found no logo for OpenRaster, so I
created one based on the original ODF logo, but with the pigeon
pseudo-pixelated and using the CREATE green. The SVG file is attached to
this mail or you can simply see it at identica. I hope you approve it.
