[CREATE] OpenRaster test page

I just upload the nathive ORA example to Gitorious, and also a template
detailed in README file to get similar examples in all projects, it's just a
first attempt, so I'm waiting your feedbacks, and your projects examples of
course.

I want to create the wiki page with support matrix soon, but I'm not an
expert making boxes in MediaWiki syntax.
