[CREATE] Libre Graphics Magazine: issue 1.1 status

Hi Create,

There's some news about the release of the first issue of Libre Graphics 
magazine -- it was pushed to the end of the week while we iron out some 
kinks that we think would benefit from some extra attention. You can
