[CREATE] PANTONE COLOR MANAGER

For those interested in Pantone colors, their "color manager" is finally out.

One interesting thing is it contains sqlite databases (decks) with a
lot of informations about the colors : sRGB and Lab equivalences (of
course), but also spectral data and ink formulations...
