[CREATE] graphics arts @ RMLL 2012 -> Geneva, July 7 to 12

this year's Rencontres Mondiales du Logiciel Libre [1] has a track
decicated (also) to the graphic arts!

the graphics track will be in french and in english (no translations,
but both languages will be represented) and you're welcome to submit
a talk before March, 31st or simply come to geneva and visit the RMLL!

geneva and its lake must be a nice place to be in july!
