Qt3 Bindings Backport pre-release

Hi all,

I have a first prerelease of my attempt to backport the Qt4 bindings to Qt3:

The tar archive contains a qt3/ subdirectory to replace the one in a current 
dbus CVS checkout, i.e.

cd dbus
rm -r qt3
tar xvjf dbus-qt3-20051216.tar.bz2
make -f Makefile.cvs
configure --enable-qt3
make

I have yet only tested basic stuff, it might be necessary to rework the 
marshalling code a lot, because Qt4's QVariant is a lot more powerfull than 
the Qt3 one.
