D-Bus TCP Transport layer

Hi,

I wouldn't guess that dbus is going to work for that out of the box.
Maybe with some minor modifications or with some additional
complementary services/processes, but I'm not expert enough in this sort
of thing.

Some other technologies such as MBUS or Spread seem like they may be
closer for this sort of distributed app.
