Qt bindings compilation

The dbus/qt dir compiles for me, so my guess is that my qt doesn't have
threads enabled so it doesn't try to use the dbus-qthread.cpp file. It
may also be a c++ compiler difference?

I'll let Zack or someone respond in full but my impression is that
TrollTech is building more complete bindings for Qt4, and there isn't
much development on dbus/qt in the meantime.

I think it would be useful to have Qt3 bindings though.
