Bindings 1.0 meeting?

There have been several things recently that I think it would be good to
get hammered out before 1.0 which mainly affect bindings maintainers. I
was wondering if an IRC meeting about it would prove useful?

Things to discuss:

CVS split
Testing suites
Binding Documentation
Standard error messages
Feature coverage to count as releasable
