[PATCH] Have pending call keep a ref to its connection (fixes the NetworkManager crash)

Timo ran some tests this morning and said he has been unable to
reproduce the NetworkManager crash with this patch.

I would like to get this in and finish up some of the other bits and do
a release of D-Bus 0.90.  I'm on a bit of a deadline for RHEL here at
Red Hat since it involves a package split and major version jump.
