Qt4 bindings updated

This is to let you know that I've updated CVS with a new version of the 
Qt4 bindings. The two trees are now in sync. This time, I've tried every 
kind of test possible with automake to make sure that no generated file 
was forgotten.

I don't expect major developments anymore in the code, aside from 
bugfixing and implementing a couple, minor features. We'll start porting 
KDE4 applications from DCOP to D-Bus RealSoonNow(tm) (hopefully, this 
weekend).

Also note the minimum version increase for Qt itself. I have found a few 
problems with moc parsing the headers that are generated (I guess nobody 
had tried to insert a pageful of XML into moc yet), as well as one or two 
bugs in QVariant. Instead of working around those issues, I fixed them in 
Qt itself, thus requiring the minimum version bump.

Qt 4.1.3 is not released yet. It's the version code being currently used 
by the daily snapshots. However, if we near a release time for D-Bus and 
Qt 4.1.3 is not out, I will turn off the problematic code and reduce the 
minimum version to 4.1.2.

I'm now working on an "interface builder" program, that will let you 
create and edit XML interface definition files with a graphical tool.
