Splitting out core and bindings final stages

Created, you can git-push to them.

(Note that I'm utterly neutral in all of this.  If you guys want to do
 git or bzr or whatever, that's not my problem: you can sort it out
 amongst yourselves, and I'll do whatever I'm requested as an fd.o
 admin, by the D-BUS team.)
