[PATCH] *BSD patches plus dbus-launch fix for regression tests

I grabbed a FreeBSD LiveCD to finally put this puppy to rest.  These are
the fixes for bug#8298[1].  The first patch reorders CMESGCREDS and
LOCALCREDS so we prefer CMESGCREDS.  The second patch makes sure
-lpthread is added to the right places if need be.  The last patch fixes
dbus-launch so that we can launch the local copy of dbus during unit
tests.  Before we were launching the one installed at the install path
and failing that whatever is in the users path.  Since the LiveCD didn't
have D-Bus installed it would fail.

I was unable to run through all the tests on the LiveCD since it lacked
libtool but the basic tests ran fine.  It would be nice if all the *BSD
people ran make check on their full systems and reported back.
