[patch] Fix refcounting and locking in dbus-connection

Here is a patch that fixes three of the related TODO items.  It adds a
hard ref to the shared connections opened with dbus_connection_open,
handles the starter bus, locks the bus in
_dbus_bus_check_connection_and_unref and warns when an app tries to
close a shared connection.  For good measures I have also taken out the
pending call locking TODO item which was fixed awhile back.
