Is dbus 1.2.1 version stable?

Dear John (J5) Palmieri,

 

I wonder that dbus 1.2.1 version is stable release.

As you know dbus 1.1.20 is stable but there is re-license issue.

 

But now release new version of dbus. And there is no comment about stable

Could you please clarify the same.
