DBusServer APIs for dbus-python

Hi dbus developers,

I added DBusServer APIs for dbus-python. With it, we can communicate
between applications without dbus-daemon. You may use
example/example-server.py and example/example-server-client.py to test
DBusServer APIs. Any comments are welcome. 

Wish it could be merge to upstream's git tree.

You may get my git tree from below addresses.
