[PATCH] D-Bus Glib autogen.sh ignores ACLOCAL_FLAGS

Hi!

The dbus-glib autogen.sh ignores ACLOCAL_FLAGS when setting the
ACLOCAL environment variable. This makes all sort of funny build
systems break (I had gtk-doc in a non-standard prefix and it failed to
found it) so attached is a patch to simply append the flags to
ACLOCAL.
