Desactive abstract socket tests when cross compiling

Hi all,

I'm trying to cross-compile DBus for SH4. Even when configuring with
--disable-abstract-sockets, the abstract socket C test is still executed
by configure. Here is a patch to desactivate abstract socket C test,
when --disable-abstract-sockets is passed to the ./configure script.
