I am referring primarily to the negotiation changes, which change ABI
and should really be settled before the stable release.  Colin among
others agreed to making these changes *provided* they can be reviewed.

Ideally I would also like the Maybe type on top of that.

I was not available around and after that announcement unfortunately.

I actually asked for review on IRC and tried to poke a few savvy
people. Without success so far. Apparently there's far more people
keen on the changes than those keen on reviewing them.
