draining the Maemo/Meego patch queue

Oh, I forgot about debian/patches/debian, which contains:

* 00_dbus-quiesce-startup-errors.patch
No upstream bug.  I'm a bit on the fence on this one.  What we should
actually probably do is try again after a short period of time.  I
admit it's lame we just fail right now.

* 01_no-fatal-warnings.patch
No upstream bug.  Needs explanation.

* 02_dbus_monitor_no_sigint_handler.patch
This is in dbus-1.2 now.
