Spaces in paths and relocation

OK, ignore me, please. It was the old way with spawnve that was having
this behaviour. Current dbus master seems to work like a charm. So, I
think I had my dosis of ridiculous for today :)

This brings me to another point: what is preventing us from having a
1.3.1 development version released?
