That decision requires a bit more thinking and agreeing before it can be made.
I have just posted this proposal to the KDE main mailing list to see if we
allow or even support multiple simultaneous user logins.
Current reply is that we do, but there aren't any strong supporters either
way.
Moreover, there are many use-cases that get broken by the user bus proposal.
The question is whether they are valid today...
