I'm not saying it's related. It could be.

I just noted you said 1200 signals/sec and I thought I should point it out to 
you that this will never work. It's not a hard limit in D-Bus: you're simply 
not going to have enough CPU power to transmit that many messages.

So it's pointless to search for the signal loss in code you'll need to rewrite 
anyway.
