root user- no X11-Session bus

Figured out that the environment should have BOTH  DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS
& DBUS_SESSION_BUS_PID exported.  Just noting it down here so that it helps
anyone trying to using the crazy way I wanted.
