More meaningful error message if sending a string with non-UTF-8 data ?

Hi,

This should be fixed in 1.4.8 and 1.5.0 according to bugzilla:

though there's still an open bug for an error from the server side,
which shouldn't be possible to encounter given the previous fix:

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34726

It is possible to build dbus with --disable-checks which would remove
the error message, but don't do that then.
