Then don't try. The D-Bus daemon is not meant to be restarted. There are a lot 
of applications and critical services that do not cope with that. On top of 
that, the D-Bus session daemon defines what a session is: if it exits, the 
session is ended.

If you want to restart the system bus, reboot the system.

If you want to restart the session bus, log out and log back in.
