Actually, I may be wrong suggestng U+3008 and U+3009 as the typographically
correct characters. These should probably be used as brackets in CJK scripts.

Many fonts already have angle brackets in the Miscellaneous Technical block in
code positions

U+2329 LEFT-POINTING ANGLE BRACKET
U+232A RIGHT-POINTING ANGLE BRACKET

Dejavu Sans Mono has most of the code points in this block, but still lacks
these angle brackets. It would be nice to see these code positions filled soon.
