dmesg, xorg

I installed 3.12-rc1 from
http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.12-rc1-saucy/ , it didn't help
:(
Attached are the logs from dmesg (before and after running pm-suspend) and
Xorg.0.log (there were no messages after resuming from suspend)
