[GIT PULL] omapdrm fixes for v4.14

Hi Dave,

Please pull omapdrm fixes for 4.14. One is for a compilation issue
introduced in my previous omapdrm-4.14 pull request. The rest I have
been playing around a while, and are not proper fixes but workarounds.
I'm not happy about those but I don't have better fixes.
