[PATCH v2 0/7] Add drm_fb_helper_fbdev_setup/teardown()

Hi,

This is a new attempt at simplifying fbdev setup/teardown in drivers.

Only doc changes in this version based on feedback from Daniel.

Changes since version 1:
- Document a case where drm_fb_helper_fbdev_setup() can't be used:
  connector hotplugging (e.g. dp mst).
- Document where drm_fb_helper_defio_init() should be called from.
- Move drm_fb_helper_defio_init() recommendation to DOC framebuffer
  flushing section.
