Hi Dave,

This is the pull request that I tried to send
few days ago, but apparently I had some issue
with my mutt/smtp and it didn't go through.

Well, I don't think that there is anything critical
that cannot wait another week or -rc2
Anyway I'm sending just in case, for the record,
and to try out my dim changes that allow
to do pull requests with old generated tags. :)

Here goes drm-intel-next-fixes-2018-08-22:

One important fix for display affecting NUCs with LSPCON and
other 3 small fixes for:
- audio hook when display is disabled
- icl's has_csr definition
- vma stop holding ppgtt reference
