igt-kms-rockchip regressions since v6.0-rc1

Hi Sandy,

Going though the KernelCI results I noticed that the v6.0-rc1
kernel introduced a number of regressions in the igt-kms-rockchip
tests:

I don't know if anyone is taking a look at this, so I figured out
