For sm8150+, yes there will be only a single CTL to flush even in bonded 
DSI mode so only one will be flushed.

So, in general, you can refer to the function 
sde_encoder_phys_needs_single_flush() to decide if it needs 2 flushes or 
one. That accounts for the DPU rev as well.
