ok,

to match p,_runtime_get and pm_runtime_put, I will move 
pm_runtime_resume_and_get(&dp->pdev->dev) from here to 
dp_hpd_plug_handle() and

add pm_runtime_put() at dp_hpd_unpluh_handle().
