Etnaviv+Mesa 13 on IMX6Q with Linux 4.8.10

With "armada" driver I have glxgears -info:
GL_RENDERER = Gallium 0.4 on Vivante GC2000 rev 5108
GL_VERSION = 1.4 Mesa 17.0.0-rc1
GL_VENDOR = etnaviv
 
How can I get GL 2.0 or 3.0 instead of 1.4?
