This doesn't fix the problem for me. For instance, using these patches,
if I pass --with-python-version=3.3m to boost's boostrap.sh, the build
still tries to -I /usr/include/python3.3 .

I'm not likely to spend more time wrestling with boost's build system
as long as I can work around it. Thanks for the suggestions though.
