How do I use this to install apps on CloudReady?

I've got a Windows 10 laptop that I'm planning to get CloudReady on to
improve speed I'm doing some research beforehand to make sure nothing is
lost in the transition. I've seen on the CloudReady website that I can use
Flatpak to get Linux apps on it. Could you please provide me with
instructions on how to use Flatpak and Flathub apps on CloudReady?
