Space Requirements (Dependencies)

As someone who was trying to download the gnome runtime over a slow
internet connect, I can confirm it is pretty annoying to donwload the
whole thing instead of installing parts of it as needed. Also a pain if
the download fails for some reason or I have to cancel it.
