New stable branch flatpak-1.0.x

I just created a new stable branch called "flatpak-1.0.x". Any further
1.0.x releases will be cut from that and only contain backports of
bugfixes and possibly additions/changes to the sandbox if deemed
important.

master is now open to feature work, and I will look through the
outstanding PRs and try to land them.
