Manifest woes

Dear Flatpakers,

I am trying to put my site manager/generator nsm (https://nift.cc) up on to
FlatHub and am having trouble with flatpak-builder.

My source along with the archived tarball and manifest file can be found at
https://github.com/nifty-site-manager/nsm-flatpak .

When I run `flatpak-builder build-dir org.flatpak.nsm.json` it does not
seem to extract the archived tarball in to the build directory. How do I
get it to do that?
